1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Graftly, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Role
Graftly is a technology platform that helps opportunity seekers discover local work opportunities and helps opportunity providers discover local talent. Graftly is not an employer, recruiter, manpower agency, labor contractor, financial intermediary, or party to any employment agreement between users.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work or hire under applicable Indian law. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, current, and lawful.
4. No Payment for Jobs or Opportunities
Opportunity seekers must not pay money to any person or business for jobs, interviews, training promises, onboarding, documents, deposits, uniforms, background checks, or any other placement-related demand made outside an official Graftly payment flow. If anyone asks you for money, report the user immediately. Graftly may suspend or remove users who request, encourage, collect, or facilitate such payments.
5. User Conduct
Users must not post false, misleading, discriminatory, unsafe, abusive, illegal, or exploitative content. Users must not impersonate others, misuse contact information, harass users, spam the platform, scrape data, bypass security controls, or use Graftly for fraud, brokerage, or unauthorized recruitment activity.
6. Opportunity Provider Responsibilities
Opportunity providers are responsible for posting accurate opportunity details, pay information, working hours, safety requirements, location details, and eligibility criteria. Providers must comply with applicable labor, wage, safety, tax, and business laws. Providers must not misrepresent salaries, demand money, or change terms after contacting a seeker.
7. Opportunity Seeker Responsibilities
Opportunity seekers are responsible for providing accurate profile information, skills, experience, availability, and location preferences. Seekers must evaluate opportunities carefully, avoid sharing sensitive financial information, and report suspicious or unsafe behavior.
8. Verification and Trust Signals
Graftly may use profile checks, GST checks, location data, business-search data, reports, or other trust signals to improve safety. Verification indicators do not guarantee a user's identity, conduct, financial condition, legal compliance, or future behavior. Users should use independent judgment before meeting, hiring, working, or sharing information.
9. Contact, Chat, and Reporting
Contact details may be masked or gated to protect users. Users must not misuse contact details received through Graftly. Reports may be reviewed by Graftly and can result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, removal, or escalation to appropriate authorities when required.
10. Data and Privacy
Graftly collects and processes account, contact, profile, location, usage, device, verification, chat, report, and opportunity data to operate, secure, improve, and personalize the platform. Use of Graftly is subject to the Privacy Policy available on graftly.in.
11. Third-Party Services
Graftly may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, maps, location lookup, GST verification, analytics, messaging, and other platform functions. Graftly is not responsible for downtime, inaccuracies, delays, or policy changes by third-party providers.
12. Availability and Changes
Graftly may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. Features, matching scores, verification checks, availability, and search results may change as the platform improves.
13. Suspension and Termination
Graftly may suspend or terminate accounts, listings, chats, or access if we believe a user violated these terms, created safety risk, misused the platform, triggered abuse controls, or exposed Graftly or other users to legal, security, operational, or financial risk.
14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Graftly provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graftly is not liable for user conduct, employment outcomes, wages, workplace conditions, disputes, losses, missed opportunities, fraud by users, third-party failures, or indirect and consequential damages.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
