1. Verification is a signal, not a guarantee
Depending on the account and available information, Graftly may use mobile, email, profile, business, GST, branch-location, public-record, or user-report signals. A badge or completed check does not guarantee a person's identity, conduct, finances, legal compliance, workplace conditions, or future behaviour.
Confirm the business name, work location, pay, hours, responsibilities, and contact person before accepting an opportunity or making a hiring decision.
2. Never pay for a job
Do not transfer money for an interview, job offer, registration, training promise, document processing, background check, security deposit, uniform, equipment, or placement. Do not share an OTP, PIN, password, card details, bank credentials, or remote-access code. Report any payment demand immediately.
3. Meet and communicate safely
- Keep early communication in Graftly when the feature is available.
- For an interview, prefer a known business premises during normal working hours and tell someone you trust where you are going.
- Be cautious if the address, pay, duties, or contact person changes unexpectedly.
- Share only the personal information needed for a legitimate hiring step.
- Businesses should provide accurate work, pay, schedule, eligibility, and workplace-safety information.
4. Prohibited conduct
Fraud, impersonation, discriminatory or exploitative listings, harassment, threats, spam, unlawful recruitment, misleading pay claims, unsafe work demands, misuse of contact details, and requests for off-platform job payments are prohibited. Graftly may restrict content, listings, chats, or accounts when there is a policy, legal, or safety concern.
5. Report and block
Use the in-product report or block control where available, or email report@graftly.in. Include the account or listing, what happened, when it occurred, and relevant screenshots. Do not include passwords, OTPs, full bank details, or unrelated identity documents.
Reports are prioritized by risk and reviewed as quickly as reasonably possible. Graftly may request more information, preserve relevant records, restrict access, or refer a matter to the appropriate authority. We do not promise a fixed resolution time for every report.
6. Emergencies and law enforcement
Graftly is not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger or a crime may be in progress, move to a safe place and contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement service first. You can then report the account or listing to Graftly.
